Simon, my ORDIT trainer, kept telling me that the examiner is not going to expect me to send a rocket to the moon, he is only there to assess my instructional abilities nothing less or nothing more. I treated the examiner like a pupil (that wasn’t easy) and just made sure he made progress...so he ended up a better driver at the end of the lesson than at the start.
