I passed my driving test with Jon, he was an amazing instructor, always calm and reassuring and has a great sense of humor that made learning to drive with him an absolute pleasure. I can't recommend him Jon from Britannia highly enough.

Quality Lessons From A Quality Company

I just passed my practical test first time!!!! My instructor Ronnie was the best, even when I didn't believe in myself he built my confidence. He was so patient where I know most people would have given up. Most importantly we set a target to pass my test before September and I just did first attempt!!! I'm so pleased and just want to take a moment to thank Ronnie again because he was the best instructor I could ask for. He keeps you relaxed which makes you drive better and learn more as you're not nervous. After a while I stopped thinking of him as my driving instructor and more as a friend. I chose Britannia from a Google search and I'm very glad I did. I can thoroughly recommend Jon as an excellent driving instructor. He is very professional, shows great attention to detail and really cares about his job. He provides support and encouragement but also continually challenges you, moving you on to the next level of achievement. He has clearly done his homework on routes, covering not just local test routes, but a wide variety of locations to expand your driving experience. Jon is a well-read person with a lot of life experience and this makes for interesting conversations during the lessons. Jon has taught me to drive again after 30 years of non-driving and that is some achievement. I can certainly recommend him to all learners, but especially to those who are somewhat nervous of driving, as he inspires confidence.

He instructed me through general driving, hazard perception, dual carriageways, roundabouts and manoeuvers. In just a few weeks I felt so much more confident and importantly safe. I liked his calm concise approach and the tips he gave to help out with things like positioning and parking.

Have finally passed my exams after changing to Britannia Driving School and Ronnie, which I think was a good move. Ronnie is the best instructor ever. He is very patient, has excellent attention to detail, gives feedback in a very constructive and precise way and the best quality of all...he doesn’t just prepare you for the test he actually prepares you for being a good driver all life long. He has provided me with some valuable tips to do the maneuvers precisely and in control. So all you guys who are reading this website and thinking of taking lessons, I would strongly recommend you to approach Britannia and ask for Ronnie now. Trust me there is nothing better than having an instructor who knows what they are doing and puts you in the driving seat with ease. Last thing you want is to be nervous on your test while driving and Ronnie is just the man who can give you that confidence to pass.

I can honestly say I wouldn’t and couldn’t of learnt with a better instructor than Jon, he gave me opportunities and experiences in driving that not only have I enjoyed but have made me a much more comfortable and confident driver! Such as my adventures up to Central London, Windsor and Guilford all of which have helped me enormously! Jon never once missed my lessons nor was he late to any of my lessons. From lesson one he made me feel comfortable and was always chatting away! And like any new driver I made mistakes and didn’t always quite understand what I had done wrong, but Jon would always put me right in a calm and polite manner. I took a chance back when I decided to start learning to drive as I hadn’t heard of Britannia, it was purely just seeing there cars out and about and having looked at their website and speaking to them over the phone, I thought I would take a chance and it was definitely the best choice!  I strongly recommend Jon as an instructor and Britannia as a Driving School!
